It was crowed, but we had no issue finding what we needed, it was when we encountered the employees when we had an issue. Me and my friend entered garage today (black friday) with the intent of purchasing something. And I'm like no I've made it clear I made the return on January 12 I need my refund for that, they said " oh we have been looking at the first return this whole time, let me open a new file for you " after that I called TWO MORE TIMES AND STILL NO REFUND ITS ALWAYS PROCESSING AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME TO WAIT 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS, F& 'ttING SCAMERS I called them they said they were processing my refund should be 3-5 days, I waited 3-5 days and called on the 5th day, same thing, after calling 2-3 more times of the same cycle, still no update, I got an email saying " your refund is processing " I called again, they said I already got my refund on January 4th but that was my first return. 1 whole day passed no money, so I went back, the manager said it should be 24-48 hours for me to receive my money and if I have any trouble I should call this number: *******138.
So I left because I thought I was getting my money quick like before. Second time however, I gave the girl at the checkout counter the leggings and she said I would have my money on the same card right away I'm good to go. I got my refund and my return receipt for the first time I went. I returned one because I forgot about the other one and I returned the second one 1 week later. I ordered 2 flare leggings online, I got xs and they were still too big so I had to return them both in-person.
